Welcome, I’m Natalia

I facilitate a wide range of nourishing and transformative experiences using breathwork, movement, sound, ritual, somatics and wild nature for travelers, groups and retreats. 

I’m here to help you and your group connect with your bodies and soul, to feel more, rest more and find the space and stillness to receive wisdom & nourishment from within. 

When you are connected to your body, you are able to move through life with presence, aliveness, inner knowing, more authentic relating, more clarity, more self-love, receptivity, gut-and-soul-checked decision making and a sense of inner strength and groundedness.

Being in nature, especially when it’s as wild and unfiltered as it is here in Costa Rica, connects you to your body more easily because it offers and mirrors the energy of the Unconditioned Self.

When I first came to Costa Rica, I noticed how my nervous system settled, how I was able to feel more and to be more in the flow. I felt held, nourished and supported by the ocean, the jungle and the volcanoes, while I was learning how to do that for myself. This place is a balm for the soul, and when we let it support our growth and healing, we can achieve transformations here that enrich the rest of our lives.

I specialize in facilitating those transformative experiences for individuals, small groups and retreats.
